  • Conduct site visits and audits at Berrinba and Pinkenba to identify and drive improvements in transport safety practices
  • Participate in investigations and reviews (including Myosh and ICAM processes) as required
  • Support training needs analysis and deliver toolbox talks, awareness sessions and compliance-based learning
  • Contribute to the rollout of digital compliance tools and integrated safety systems
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and data insights to inform governance and continuous improvement.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our ideal candidate has solid experience gained in transport operations and a genuine passion for compliance and safety. You will also have:

  • Qualifications in Transport & Logistics or equivalent industry experience
  • Applied knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and/or Heavy Vehicle National Regulations
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and educate others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems / tools (e.g. safety, transport, etc.)
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

In addition to providing proof of work rights and suitable professional referees, progressed candidates will be required to undergo a medical assessment and national police check.
