Team Coördinator Inbound Decanting BFC

YOUR ROLE

As Team Coordinator Inbound Decanting, you coordinate the work in the warehouse. You are clearly visible on the work floor, you have a strong personality and a 'hands-on' mentality. In addition, you identify problems and keep an overview. You are familiar with logistics processes, so you are immediately up and running in your new position. You work in 2 shifts, report to the Teamleader of the process. You are working from bol. Fulfilment Center in Waalwijk.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• You coordinate, guide, motivate and enthuse your team of Operators and Flex workers;
• You identify and solve problems in the workplace;
• You also prepare for an efficient execution of the work within your sub-process;
• You inform and in consultation with your Team Leader, you pick up process improvements;
• You report the progress of the work to your Team Leader.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics environment;
• Decisiveness, orderliness and understanding are keywords that apply to you;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing;
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available full-time and can work flexibly.

Please note that we only consider candidates who are residents of the European Union and who already live within commuting distance. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available for this position.

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.605,81 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);

• You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;
