Team Coordinator WAC Veerweg

YOUR ROLE

As a WAC Team Coordinator, you are responsible for the smooth and accurate handling of the receipt and flow of transports. You act as the first point of contact for incoming drivers and ensure efficient processing within both Receiving and Shipping.
You will be in close contact with the Team Leader for coordination and guidance. You are working from our bol. location in Waalwijk.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Receiving and guiding incoming drivers;
• Handling and checking transport documentation;
• Assigning docks to drivers for Receiving and Shipping;
• Requesting and coordinating internal transport between different CEVA facilities;
• Responsible for pallet and roll container management;
• Processing the Shipping transport planning in Tychon;
• Supporting the Shipping team in addition to WAC-related activities.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You have demonstrable work experience in a logistics working environment;
• Strong organizational and communication skills, stress-resistant and able to maintain overview in a dynamic environment;
• Experience with TMS systems (such as Tychon) is a plus;
• You master the English language verbally and in writing.
• Because public transport opportunities are limited to and from our warehouse, having you own transportation is mandatory;
• You are available full-time and willing to work in two shifts. Weekend shifts are part of the role.

• You will receive a monthly salary between € 2.505,60 and €3.346,43 and 8% vacation allowance (grading depending on your work experience and education level);

• You will start with a one-year contract and then get the prospect of permanent employment;

• Everyone gets 25 vacation days, with the possibility of earning four additional days if you are not sick;
