Mission 1 : REGULARITE ET FIABILITE DES COMPTES CMA CGM

Tâches : A ce titre il doit :

  • Contrôler la comptabilité effectuée par le Centre de Service
  • Suivre les comptes de suspens et de netting du groupe CMA CGM
  • Procéder au paiement des factures sur instructions (hors scope GBS et FICOM)
  • Abonner les comptes de charges CMA CGM
  • Lettrer et réviser mensuellement l’antériorité de ses comptes
  • Suivre et contrôler les opérations de la caisse
  • Suivie journalier de la trésorerie
  • Suivie des réconciliations bancaires
  • Etablir une prévision de trésorerie mensuelle
  • Définir un plan d’action sur son domaine d’intervention
  • S’assurer de suivi des procédures et de leur amélioration continue Reporting mensuel à son management

 

Mission 2 : DECLARATION FISCALE ET SOCIALE

Tâches : A ce titre il doit :

  • Effectuer toutes déclarations fiscales et sociales mensuelles dans les délais
  • Lettrer et nettoyer mensuellement l’antériorité des comptes y relatif.
  • Gérer les éventuels contrôles de l’administration
