About the Role:
CMA CGM is growing and an incredible opportunity has become available in Auckland for a customer service professional to join our team.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Supervisor, the Service Delivery Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate service delivery by collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, safeguarding ANL - CMA CGM's commercial interests, and overseeing GBS performance in bookings, exports, and imports.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Monitor documentation data entry quality and support GBS with manifesting, amendments, and invoicing per SLAs.
- Follow up with customers and prioritize processing based on SLI, Chasing, and NDNL protocols.
- Support GBS in completing and uploading Web BLs for timely verification and acceptance.
- Ensure timely printing and distribution of Manual BLs to customers.
- Coordinate with finance teams to confirm payments for non-credit customers before document release.
- Handle customer amendments (BLs & invoices) promptly and act as an escalation point for booking issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, International Business, Shipping
- Good understanding of all aspects of the shipping and/or transport industry
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent keyboard and computer skills
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
