Facility Management Supervisor (H/F)

YOUR MISSIONS
As the Infrastructure Management Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing processes and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. Your mission? Deliver high-quality service, optimize resources, and foster a culture of excellence in collaboration with dynamic and committed teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Infrastructure Management

Overseeing the maintenance, security, and upkeep of the company’s infrastructure.
Monitoring renovation, layout, and development projects.
Implementing preventive maintenance procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Managing infrastructure-related budgets and coordinating technical interventions.
Analyzing needs, drafting specifications, and managing calls for tender.

2. Team Management

Leading a team by defining clear objectives and supporting their professional development.
Promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Organizing regular meetings to track projects and evaluate performance.

3. Role Evolution

This position may eventually encompass some or all of the organization’s general services.
