YOUR MISSIONS:
Within the Group Human Resources Department, the Payroll and Administration Manager is responsible for the complete management of the payroll process and personnel administration within the company. He/she works closely with human resources, services, and department managers to ensure efficient and accurate management of salaries and benefits. As a key contact and support for operational teams, you are the primary point of contact for employees.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Payroll Management:
- Prepare, control, and validate payroll slips.
- Ensure the processing of variable payroll elements (overtime, bonuses, allowances, etc.).
- Guarantee compliance with payroll deadlines and legal obligations.

Personnel Administration:
- Manage personnel files (contracts, amendments, affiliations with social organizations, etc.).
- Monitor absences (leave, illness, etc.) and working hours.
- Be the primary contact for employees regarding payroll and personnel administration questions.

Reporting and Dashboards:
- Develop and update HR dashboards.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to payroll and personnel administration.
- Propose continuous improvement actions based on the analyses performed.

Legal and Social Monitoring:
- Ensure continuous monitoring of legislative and regulatory developments in payroll and labor law.
- Adapt internal processes accordingly.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Payroll Management, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management and personnel administration.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in payroll software (Sage, ADP, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
- Excellent command of Excel and reporting tools.
- Personal Qualities:
- Rigor and organizational skills.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and service-oriented.
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
ASSIGNMENT:
- Position based in Jarry (Guadeloupe).
- Start date: January 2025.
- Contract type: Permanent contract.
