D&D Assistant (Temporary Position)

MISSION:  

Establish and monitor mandatory documents about import or export cargo freight; Set up freight contracts, check that customer requests are in compliance with Group rules and processes and deliver invoices to customers. 

FUNCTIONS:  

• Verify demurrage and detention days and customer conditions to invoice related charges accordingly.  

• Monitor DDSM charges in coordination with SSC by Request for information report to follow  

• Perform pre-invoice controls and invoicing treated by SSC  

• Transfer pairings after obtained validation from agent liable of collection 

• Manage on-hold requests (e.g. discount, free time, cancellation) and invoices 

• Manage Voyages Clock Setup
