Documentation Officer

Support the Shared Service Center on the Importation and Exportation providing proper documentation analysis for filing on Brazilian Customs Systems efficiently and timely aiming ZERO error

·       Creation and update of SSC (Shared Service Center) support operational documents and resolution of import queries

·       Support for the Cross Checking performed by SSC to ensure accuracy of information filed on public systems

·       Risk analysis to support operational and line decisions in Brazil / HO for Import/Export.

·       Consultancy and support for LEGAL DEPARTAMENT when collecting evidence for preparation of defenses in Customs Infraction Notices with maintenance of a digital file

·       Support for pending export processes on CCT (Export Customs System) and training for the entire Customer Care team

·       Support for the development of tools for automation of routines in Customs Compliance

·       Focal Point for related system developers aiming the stability of all documentation applications running at the office as well as adapting to the evolution of new modules and their technologies

·       Development support for the interface of CMA CGM systems with public systems

·       Support to Lachmann as CMA CGM Front Desk representatives in 15 branch offices in Brazil;

·       Multi-purpose Siscarga Skeleton Staff on weekends.

·       Responsible for process approval for releasing blockage of cargo on Export Customs Systems (CCT).

·       Analysis of unregistered DUEs (Unique Export Declaration) and prevention of fines and penalties.

·       Support to SSC Chennai for the manifestation of cargoes that are being imported / exported and transit through Brazil

·       Inclusion of containers in the SCAP system for discharging at BRVCO

·       Update of COD (Change of Destination) of Empty containers and manifestation in public systems

·       Full management of CCT system, consisting in analysis, corrections, manual registration, request for cargo unlocking on other ports, follow-up of cases sent by Customer Service and VIP

·       Association of manifests on MERCANTE System for Export / Import and Transit and Empties;

·       Inclusion of extra cargo on public systems after 30hrs report;

·       Contact with customers to request / confirm missing and fake DUEs;

·       Inclusion of IMO docs on PSP (Paperless Port System) and compliance with system requirements and adjusts of pending data.

·       Manual documentation amendment on public system after filing by SSC

·       Check-up of data migrations on PSP and Supervia De Dados (Dock.Co) systems

·       Adjustment and transfer of Manifestos and CE's in the Merchant system

·       Deconsolidation of HBL (House Bill of Lading) to Cma Cgm Log via MERCABTE system;

Argentina, Parguay, Uruguay
