·       Follows-up vessels port calls.

·       Engages and follows up the performance of local vendors, including but not limited to Terminal Operators, agents, Pilots, towage companies, bunker suppliers, special cargoes surveyors and customs-brokers.

·       Maintains straight contact with 3rd party teams, partner lines and internal departments in connection with vessel’s operations.

·       Keeps close contact with Pilots, Terminal Operators, Port Authorities, and Maritime Authorities.

·       Keeps ECSA RO and Line/HO permanently informed of the general port situation as well all other relevant information, especially as far as infrastructure developments is concerned.

 Expected Results: Ensures vessels rotation as per schedule or else as instructed by HO or ECSA RO.
