Business Controller Assistant (IT) - Interim contract

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Finance Department, you will work within the Business Control division and under the functional responsibility of IT Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for cost reporting & transversal activities within the IT department
• Responsible for monthly close activites including calculation of provisions and reporting to the IT department
• Participating in the budget / forecast revisions
• Finance contact point for the appointed department which includes monitoring purchase requests and cost management
• Responsible for matching T&M invoices to the calculated provisions in order to proceed to the validation & payment of invoices
• Carrying out ad hoc studies in response to requests from various Group departments

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent command of IT tools: Excel, Power BI, Power Point, Think cell, Onestream, sharepoint,...
• Good level of English
• Rigorous, organised, dynamic and autonomous
