Group Security Operations Center Deputy Manager

MISSION
This position is based at CMA CGM headquarters in Marseille and reports to the Group Security Operations Center (GSOC) within GSI (Group Security & Intelligence). The GSOC Deputy Manager reports directly to the Deputy Vice President GSI/Responsable GSOC.
Supporting the DVP GSI, he/she is responsible for managing and monitoring security operations for the Group. He/She coordinates the GSOC's actions, particularly in the area of illicit trafficking.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Assist the GSOC manager in the day-to-day supervision of security operations, and support him/her at his/her request in project management, team follow-up, budget management, etc., as required for the smooth running of the team.
- Monitor and distribute the tasks of the Illicit Trafficking Unit, contributing to post-incident analyses and proposing improvements to prevent these risks.
- Create, maintain and support the network and communication channels with internal stakeholders (within GSI: RSO, GIC - and with other CMA CGM departments) and external stakeholders (authorities, WSC, etc).
- Organize and deliver training and awareness programs for employees on safety practices as well as for an institutional audience.
Reporting line/Other :
- Reports functionally and hierarchically to the Head of GSOC.
- Participation in GSOC on-call duty, regular travel.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Master's degree or equivalent. At least 3 to 5 years' experience either in the security department of an international group, or in a public institution with a security-related role, or in a position within CMA CGM which has involved working on security/safety issues.
Fluency in English. Other languages are an asset.
