Already equipped with a fleet of 5x long-haul aircraft (3x A330-200F and 2x B777F), CMA CGM AIR CARGO is on an ambitious mission to continue to grow its current fleet with the acquisition of new freighters.

CMA CGM AIR CARGO has already confirmed orders for 4x Airbus A350 freighters and will become the world’s first airline to launch and operate this state-of-the-art cargo aircraft. 

As part of its development, the airline CMA CGM AIR CARGO is looking for a position of Operational Excellence Manager based at CDG for the Ground Operations department.

MISSIONS:

Reporting directly to the Director of Ground Operations, the Operational Excellence Manager's primary mission is to lead the continuous improvement process by ensuring the implementation and deployment of cross-functional projects covering operations, customer service, and procurement, through robust processes.

Through expertise and experience, he plays a key role in the managerial collective across the entire CCAC structure.

As an assistant to the Director of Ground Operations, he should also be able to conduct operational monitoring when necessary.

• Define and ensure the implementation and monitoring of operational processes and procedures;
• Communicate and define validation schemes for procedures through tools aimed at optimizing flows;
• Participate in tenders and establish a link between the operations, Commercial CDG, and the procurement service in Marseille;
• Contribute to the creation of the CHM CMA CGM Air Cargo and ensure documentary follow-up; • Identify organizational issues and support teams in the implementation of action plans;
• Lead and animate the development of related projects in operations/commercial such as customs, cargo IQ, cargo messaging;
• Define and implement tools inherent to the opening of stops in the short, medium, and long term according to the network's evolution, as well as the establishment of charter flights;

PROFILE:

Having strong cargo expertise and the ability to work in project mode, the candidate has also participated in the launch of new processes and demonstrated the ability to lead organizational projects.

Familiar with demanding and complex environments, he is autonomous, possesses analytical qualities, great intellectual agility, excellent oral and written communication skills combined with a strong sense of formalization.
