Outside sales Manager- Guinea (F/M)

In collaboration with the Management of the Agency and the Commercial Managers of the head office lines, you participate in the development of the local commercial activity.

•    Contribute to the implementation of the commercial and pricing policy.
•    Follow and develop the customer portfolio with sales animation, visits….
•    Receive, instruct and process quotation requests in conjunction with head office sales managers and destination/origin agents.
•    In charge of analyzing performance as well as deviations from the commercial budget and proposing corrective measures.
•    Coordinate with the various stakeholders in the transport chain (logistics, documentation, operations, etc.).
•    Produce and update the information documents related to your geographic area: tables, statistical monitoring, reports, studies ... and provide reporting to management.

With a Bac + 5 training, such as a Grande Ecole de Commerce (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, etc.)

Excellent interpersonal skills, good adaptability, and managerial skills are essential skills for this mission.

Prior experience in sales with knowledge of CRM would be an additional asset to fully succeed in this mission, which constitutes a springboard for a career within our Group.


You are at ease with technological tools especially the Microsoft Office software (Excel, word, PowerPoint...) 


o    Academic / professional qualifications desired: at least BAC+5 completed
o    Have an entrepreneurial and innovative approach. 
o    Be competitive, self-starter and result-oriented. 
o    Leadership skills. 
o    French/English: Spoken & Written. 


Learning Descriptions:

o    Extended Knowledge in Sales, communication, customer service, shipping rules and regulations, CSR.
o    Knowledge in business administration and international trade.
