Mission:
As a n Inside Sales , your mission is to develop and manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction in alignment with the company’s commercial strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting CMA CGM Group’s services.
Your responsibilities:

Achieve set sales budgets and targets for your own customer portfolio

Manage your existing accounts and negotiations, primarily small/medium sized accounts and transactional accounts

Plan and conduct commercial calls and monitor via CRM Systems
-
Develop overall market share / turnover in accordance to commercial strategy

Identify the commercial market opportunities and register in the CRM system
-
Participate in establishing and ensure the Commercial actions plan
-
Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA…)

Lead prospect/lead generation via cold calls
-
Develop new business and solicit new accounts
-
Handle customer requests for rate quotation and Negotiate rates
-
Manage internal negotiations with trade and pricers
-
Plan weekly sales itinerary and update it through SAP CRM System
-
Resolving customer requests and issues which require input from Sales
-
CRM updates, contribution calculations and customer inquiries
-
Compilation of weekly and ad hoc customer-specific statistics
-
Preparation of presentation materials, customized sailing schedules, reports and flyers

In countries where this is possible, lead generation support
You bring aboard:

Apprenticeship in the shipping or logistic industry or an equivalent University Degree
-
Fluent in English language – both verbally and in writing
-
French and Arabic is a plus
-
Basic experience years within the shipping industry and sales
