Sales Effectiveness Manager

Role

The main objective of this role is to ensure that Sales performance policy is operated as defined by the Business Department.

 

Responsibilities

  • Analyse market identification at country level from the implemented system
  • Perform & maintain agency sales’ segmentation
  • Assign and update the customers to territory and sales representatives in the system
  • Perform quality checks in the system (visits, calls, MID, leads, specific opportunities)
  • Follow up of sales’ performance & ensures accuracy of compensation
  • Identify market size and conduct market analysis
  • Comment and conduct special studies and reports on sales performance / new business opportunities to CAN, HO and RO
  • Maintain local office news on corporate website.
  • Support and monitor target setting from HO to agencies and sales representatives
  • Train sales teams on the sales tools and processes and carry out their implementation.
  • Oversee & manage the sales support desk, team & related functions.
  • Any other reasonably required request in line with the operational requirements of the business.

 

Requirements and specific skills

  • +3 years’ experience in a commercial orientated position
  • +3 years in a management position
  • A degree in a related field
  • Commercial experience in a maritime environment will be an added advantage
