VIE HR Partner Professional - Poland

THE ROLE


As part of its international development, we are looking for a VIE HR Partner Professional to join our Human Resources team in Gdynia, Poland. The role has a dual scope:

  • 50% dedicated to supporting the Regional HR Office (Europe)
  • 50% supporting the local Gdynia agency

This is a dynamic, project-oriented role in an international context, offering broad exposure to both strategic and operational HR topics.

 

 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?


1. Regional HR Office (Europe) – 50%

  • Serve as the main point of contact for local HR teams across various countries in the region on transversal HR topics.
  • Coordinate and follow up on regional HR campaigns, such as performance reviews, people reviews, annual interviews, compensation campaigns, etc.
  • Maintain and regularly update the regional HR calendar to ensure proper alignment across countries.
  • Contribute to HR reporting and project tracking at the regional level.
  • Develop and improve the HR tools, especially with AI implementation, the shared tools, datasets and collaborative reports.

 

2. Gdynia Local HR Support – 50%

  • Provide day-to-day operational HR support to the local HR Business Partner (onboarding, mobility, HR data, etc.).
  • Assist in the implementation of global/regional HR projects at the local level.
  • Support the execution of local HR initiatives aimed at employee engagement and talent development.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

 

  • In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the French National Service Code, only candidates aged between 18 and 28 who are European nationals will be eligible for this VIE program
  • Master’s degree in HR or any related field
  • Previous experience in an HR department, ideally in an international and/or matrix environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English
