Expert QSSE - CCIS France

CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services) is a subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, dedicated to the development of inland transport solutions. 
CCIS France specializes in the repair, maintenance and trading of maritime containers. With over 150 employees and 10 depots in France's main ports, CCIS France offers a complete range of services for empty containers: from handling and storage to maintenance and repair. 

 

 

 

MISSION
You will implement, coordinate and monitor the company's quality, health, safety and environment policy within the depots, in compliance with the requirements of the Group's QSSE directives and regulatory standards.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 
- You assess and prevent health, safety and environmental risks for the depots within your scope. You establish a diagnosis and recommend appropriate curative and preventive measures, or even improvements.
- You define, implement and monitor quality processes and indicators.
- You support and advise management and site managers on health, safety and environmental issues, 
- You carry out regular audits of depots and communicate and follow up on identified actions to Fleet Managers.
- You run HSE awareness-raising meetings and staff training courses.
- You investigate and analyze post-accident situations in order to define corrective and preventive actions and monitor their implementation.
- You update the single document and ensure that prevention plans are implemented.
- You keep a constant watch on regulations and certifications relating to safety and the environment, and ensure that depots comply with them. 
- You draw up and pass on HSE procedures to depot referents, and ensure that they are properly applied. 
- You will produce dashboards and KPIs relating to HSE activities, and communicate them to the Director and/or the depot managers.

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS
- HSE training and experience in an industrial, logistics or maritime environment. At least 2 years' experience in HSE management. 
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards.
- Mastery of workplace safety and environmental legislation, and of tools and methods for assessing occupational risks.
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Windows pack) 
- Autonomy, oral expression, agility, team spirit, sense of synthesis, openness to others, motivation, sense of innovation are essential qualities for this position
- Good level of spoken English required 
- This position involves travel in France and possibly abroad.
