Internship Gothenburg - Sales Support Officer

The main objective of this role is to support the overall success of sales in Sweden by promoting core and value-added services in accordance with our company goals. You will have a key role supporting both Outside and Inside Sales activities in Sweden to ensure CMA CGMs position as one of the major players in the market.




  • Provide data and guides to support Inside/Outside sales on a dedicated portfolio of customers.
  • Produce written offers, establish credit terms and operating procedures before handing over responsibility to Customer Service.
  • Follow-up on quotations, developing and monitoring performance indicators.
  • Manage sales tracking tools and support customers in the utilization of the booking system.
  • Give help in resolving customer order problems and liaise with pricers.
  • Promote CMA CGM Group Services and Non-Maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, Intermodal, CEVA ....)
  • Keep in close contact with Head office to be fully updated on the product portfolio.




  • First year of Business School master’s degree (M1/+4 years).
  • Fluent in English (speech and writing). Knowledge of Swedish is not required, but an advantage.
  • Problem-solving mindset, strong teamwork skills and customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication/negotiating skills are essential for this role.
  • Applicants must be able to operate Microsoft office, Outlook & Sales Force CRM programs efficiently.
