Country Customer Care Manager

 

We are looking for a hands-on type of leader to oversee, coordinate and develop our Customer Service departments in Finland. We are looking for a person with people leading skills and the ability to motivate our team leads. The role is permanent and starts as soon as the right person is found.

 

The goal is to offer excellent customer service to our customers, improve customer experience and at the same time be efficient in what we do and utilize our strengths. We are offering an interesting international environment where the business is in transformation. Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Customer Care function in Finland according to target KPI’s and take action to improve performances
  • Lead Customer care strategy throughout our processes
  • Take ownership of customer experience improvement actions and customer engagement initiatives
  • Ensure that customer service related process development, projects and new tool deployment are brought to reality

We are looking for an active and inspiring person who has:

  • Knowledge of the customer service related processes from the shipping industry
  • Ability to see bigger picture as well as details
  • Skill to develop and implement changes to processes and procedures
  • Ability to lead projects and understand the need of digitalization / automation

  • Leadership skills; lead by example, able to lead people through change and develop people
  • Excellent English skills and Finnish skills is seen as a plus
