Main Responsibilities:
• Acting as a primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, objectives, priorities, and translating them into IT initiatives and projects focusing on IT value creations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize IT projects and initiatives based on the organization's strategic objectives and available resources.
• Conduct regular meetings and workshops with business units to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment between IT and business teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication between business units and the IT department.
• Collaborate with business teams on business and non-functional requirements to ensure they are well gathered and documented in Business Requirement. Translate and document them in Functional Specifications
• Perform functional testing during SIT and facilitate UAT with business teams.
• Manage the IT portfolio by evaluating, selecting, and prioritizing projects based on their potential impact, risks, and resource requirements.
• Provide guidance and expertise in technology trends, innovations, and industry best practices to help business units leverage emerging technologies effectively.
• Engage in IT governance to align investments with organizational strategy, oversee project progress, ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery, and collaborate with IT for successful project execution, achieving desired business outcomes.
• Perform analysis and work with Solution Delivery (Digital, Innovation, BI & Analytics) teams to conceptualize IT solutions, effort and timeline to address business needs.
• Learn new global, regional or local solutions/initiatives and engage business teams to identify use cases to adopt, re-use or adapt existing solutions whenever possible.
• Lead review sessions with the IT leadership committee and facilitate participation in sessions with head office governance committees on data, cybersecurity, and architecture.
• Proactively communicate updates to business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.

Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Business Management related.
• Possess a solid understanding of various technologies, platforms, and development methodologies. Ability to appreciate current IT trends and emerging technologies, while continuously evaluating and recommending appropriate solutions.
• More than 8 years of working experience in IT, out of which about 5 years of experience in IT project management. Or proven more than 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Business Partner, preferably in a large organization, where you have successfully bridged the gap between IT and business teams.
• Demonstrate adaptability to evolving business needs and technologies, embrace new ideas and approaches, engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement, and remain updated on industry trends to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges using technology solutions while managing changing priorities and expectations.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business processes, operations, and strategic goals.
• IT project management and solution design experiences would be a plus. • Knowledge/experience in the Shipping/logistics industry will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify and address complex business challenges through technology solutions.
