Internship Ho Chi Minh - Business Developer

MISSION:

 

Positioned in Vietnam and under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, your mission is to promote CMA CGM Vietnam Cluster’s branding and diversify our working environment by exploring new business opportunities, participating in transversal projects, and implementing new processes and tools. The intern will be a crucial part of our Business Development team, focusing on generating leads, participating in digitalization projects, and monitoring incoming FDI projects to the country.

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

 

  • Carry out market research, gather useful information from customer and competitor data.
  • Monitor and analyze incoming FDI projects to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Formalize these business opportunities by creating presentations for Sales.
  • Utilize Nova CRM to create leads that contribute to sales growth.
  • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Participate in digitalization projects (CRM Tools, AI) to enhance internal processes and customer engagement.
  • Participate in building strategic presentations and management tools for the Agency.

 

PROFILE :

 

  • First year of Business School Master’s degree (M1/+4 years).
  • Keen interest in business development and digitalization.
  • Fluent in English (speech and writing skills).
  • Basic knowledge in the use of CRM programs and MS Outlook, Excel.
  • Proactive with a creative mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, to build trust effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
