Key Account Officer

Role: Develop and grow the performances of a portfolio of Key Accounts in terms of volume and/or revenues. Guarantee coherent terms for pricing, product specifications and services.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Development of defined accounts, report on their performance,
  • Organize and participate to face-to-face and online meetings with customers,
  • Develop strategic partnerships with customer, establish volume targets,
  • Capture new prospects and follow-up the performance in relation with the service levels,
  • Promote new maritime services and value-added services Increase commercial network expertise,
  • Monitor industry (transformation, evolution) and detect business opportunities in the industry,
  • Maintain CMA CGM Network informed of customer portfolio performances, engage regional or local key account performance,

 

Requirements and Specific Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree from related departments,
  • Proven experience in roles involving direct customer interaction is a must,
  • Customer, product, and market knowledge,
  • Sales techniques and pricing knowledge,
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management skills,
  • Account & Portfolio Management skills,
  • Time Management skill,
  • Effective communication skills,
  • Fluency in written & verbal English is a must (part of the interview will take place in English),
  • Able to work in the office 4 days per week (hybrid) in Istanbul).
