Sales Effectiveness Manager

Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Director's business decision by conducting and monitoring commercial strategy within the department
- Monitor and follow-up Sales Team performance
- Review and dispatch leads as per strategy defined at group level
- Review, accept or reject customer qualification exceptions. Perform system maintenance
- Manage sales portfolio and customer assignments to the sales team
- Monitor data in Salesforce Analytics to improve and ensure data quality (visits, calls, leads, opportunities…)
- Supports target setting and ensures quality of targets from Lines
- Train and monitor adoption of Sales team on sales processes and sales tools
- Participate in sales projects launched by Regional Office / Head Office
- Communicate to Sales team on changes coming from Regional Office CCO
- Ensure refresh trainings are regularly organized
- Identify Market Size
- Comment and conduct special studies by verticals and reports on sales performance / new business opportunities to HO and RO Marketing
- Maintain local office news on corporate website
- Benchmarking competition on local charges
- Support the CCO’s strategic decisions on local charges through comprehensive financial impact analysis and structured tariff proposals
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of shipping (minimum 4 years of experience in liner shipping),
- Proven experience in a leadership role in a similar industry,
- Effective communication skills,
- Demonstration of professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to manage stress through challenging situations,
- Must be able to prioritize work effectively and manage time efficiently,
- Experience in Project Management, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Transformation, Customer Experience, Digitization.
- Excellent knowledge in NOVA all modules,
- Understand CMA CGM group organization, processes, and tools,
- Basic proficiency with MS Office,
- Analytical & Reporting aptitude (Data, Qliksense),
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written, required to communicate with global teams (part of the interview will take place in English),
- Able to work 4 days at the office in Istanbul (hybrid).
