MISSION
Reporting to the Agency Manager, your main mission will be to manage the CMA CGM Group's sales strategy and coordinate all the agency's sales activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the preparation of the sales budget and ensure that objectives are met.
- Contribute to the implementation of sales and pricing policies.
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio (information and competition watch, customer prospecting, sales promotion and reporting).
- Monitor and develop the customer portfolio through sales actions and visits.
- Receive, investigate and process requests for quotations in collaboration with head office sales managers and destination/origin agents.
- Be responsible for analyzing performance and deviations from the sales budget, and propose corrective measures.
- Coordinate with the various players in the transport chain (logistics, documentation, etc.).
- Produce and update information documents relating to your geographical area: tables, statistical monitoring, reports, studies, etc., and report to management.
- Ensure the appropriate training and development of the sales team.
- Promote CMA CGM group support services and non-maritime products (e-commerce, VAS, intermodal, CEVA...).
- Cooperate with other countries, agencies, departments as well as Cluster/RO/HO on various commercial issues.

PROFILE & SKILLS
- 5 years' higher education with specialization in transport and logistics, marketing and sales, economics and management, statistics.
