Business Process Manager

Your
main responsibilities
will include, but will not be limited to:
Contribute to definition and implementation of business projects related to Shipping Business processes.
Identify and execute country-specific initiatives aimed at improving process efficiency and effectiveness,within APAC region in close collaboration with senior leadership.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coordinating key project deployment across variousdepartments with minimal disruption to the business.
Provide support to the Head Office (HO) anchoring strategic projects.
Provide support to change readiness efforts within APAC region.
Identifyand mitigate risks before project implementation.
Collaborate with key stakeholders in the Head Office (HO), Regional Office, and agencies for seamlessproject transitions.
As a part of the BEM Team, you will be actively involved in:
Value creation for CMA-CGM Group through the deployment of Corporate Strategic Projects
Cost optimization of organizational structures, and establishing lean agencies through by:
Supporting Global Business Service (GBS) Transition
Support HO, RO, and Agency Network by:
Evaluating APAC agency’s requirements of changing Group Applications
Supporting HO / RO for deployment of Group Applications
Strengthening BEM & QPM network
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, broad businessacumen, and expertise in project management, change management, and risk management.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Maritime Business, Logistics or Supply chain, or business management
At least 3 years of managerial experience in project management and/or business process improvement.
Certified Green Belt, Prince2 Practitioner or PMP would be advantageous
Proficient in MS Office suite, Visio, Ms Project, and SharePoint design.
Ability to travel within short notice.
