Summary:-
You will work closely with business leaders and management to align HR strategies with the organization’s goals. You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational development, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring effective talent management and employee relations across the business. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, HR best practices, and the ability to build effective partnerships with leadership teams.
Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business objectives and provide HR solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning to support business growth and development.
- Act as a trusted advisor for managers and employees, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Ensure HR policies, practices, and processes are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
- Provide HR metrics and analytics to leadership teams to help inform decisions regarding staffing, turnover, and talent management.
- Assist in workforce planning and budgeting processes to ensure the organization is adequately staffed and resourced.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
- Communicate effectively with employees about changes, addressing concerns and providing the necessary support.
- Other ad-hoc HR related duties.
