YOUR ROLE
Regional expert on all digital product under responsibility, drive deployment & adoption according to Digital Agency targets and contributes to perform global contribution under taskforces
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Deployment of new features / products:
- Execute all required deployment plan related to all digital products under responsibility (Trainings, webinars, internal communication, network animation)
- Drive action’s plan to increase adoption on all digital products under scorecard targets
- Monitor Regional / Country performance
- Analyze available data to transform ambition into operational action’s plan targeting rights customer segments
- Execute all local actions’s plans relevant to perform on eCommerce Target (Customer meeting, lead&opportunity conversion, external webinars, network animation…)
- Offer clear report to management according to eCommerce scorecar
- Product expertise on all digital products under responsibility
- Collect / centralize evolutions request and business opportunity
- Perform regular internal touchpoint to maintain digital knowledge of network
- Support agency & customers on escalated cases
- Promote Digital Agency eLearnings
- Taskforce global contribution
- Take responsibility on 1 or more taskforce streams (updated documentation, marketing request, eLearning content, communication, functional qualification, business intelligence, benchmark & support)
- Contributes to all transversal actions expected by stream leaders
