ROLE :

 

Within the Agency's sales team, you ensure the commercial interface with the client during its calls for tenders.

You provide a complete offer on maritime and non-maritime services, identify areas of development and regularly monitor the client's performance. You work closely with the field/sedentary sales representative in charge of the account.

RESPONSABILITIES :

 

In this context, you respond to requests for tenders from customers by studying their requests, compiling all the information necessary to ensure the qualification, monitoring, relevance  and concretization of calls for tenders, and relaunching the s customer, if necessary.

 

In addition,you advise customers on all marine and non-marine services and  participate in defining the service that meets customer needs.

 

You are in regular internal contact with Lines, sales representatives and customer service. Pleasebe sure to inform the  different lines on the evolution of the market, in relation with the Trade Managers of the Sales Department Agencies France.

 

In addition, you plan your actions proactively by performing a statistical analysis of the responses and achievements of calls for tenders in comparison with the market, as part of the achievement of your objectives.

 

Finally, you ensure compliance with the Quality, Safety and Security procedures in force in the company and particularly the proper management  of your offers for optimal realization of your Tenders by customer service.

 

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES:

 

With a Bachelor's degree in International Trade or Transport Logistics, you ideally a first experience in the same position. Similarly, you are proficient in computer and office tools and your English is fluent.

 

Relational skills will be essentialto communicate effectively with your many interlocutors.  Your self-name, sense of organization, rigor, responsiveness and proactivity will allow you to successfully carry out the missions of this position.
