THE ROLE
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, local sales teams, and relevant regional office departments to drive commercial development initiatives across international and domestic markets. This role involves a strategic focus on various activities to enhance the overall performance of CMA CGM Philippines.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to assess international and domestic market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
Service and Commodity Studies:
- Execute comprehensive service studies and commodity analyses to assist in the development of new products and solutions.
Customer Engagement and Exhibition Participation:
- Actively participate in the commercial effort by supporting sales during customer visits and calls as needed. Promote VAS offerings during local exhibitions and events to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster exceptional customer service and promote CMA CGM's brand identity within the industry by building strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing market studies and other tasks as required by management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the French National Service Code, only candidates aged between 18 and 28 who are European nationals will be eligible for this VIE assignment.
5 years' higher education, such as a Grande Ecole business school or a major university. - Fluent in English
- Proven experience in commercial development, market analysis, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various levels.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and reporting software.
