APPRENTICESHIP - HR Officer - Operational management

YOUR MISSIONS
As part of the Human Resources Department, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to the Asset scope, at the heart of CMA CGM’s Shipping Division. Working closely with the HRBPs, you will support them in their respective areas and actively contribute to the implementation of an ambitious and meaningful HR strategy.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Participate in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and manage administrative follow-up through to employee onboarding, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition department and the Onboarding Desk.
• Monitor and support interns and apprentices within the scope.
• Assist in managing employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing administrative documents. You will also liaise with the Personnel Administration teams on contractual and payroll matters, and with the Internal Academy for professional training.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of performance campaigns, People Reviews, and Salary Reviews.
• Support the rollout of various HR projects aimed at improving internal processes.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• You are comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.
• You have strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• You value ethics and confidentiality and apply them in your daily work.
