APPRENTICESHIP - HR Officer - Operational management

YOUR MISSIONS

 

Within the Human Resources Department, you will join the HR team responsible for the Asset perimeter within the Shipping Division of CMA CGM. You will support the HRBPs in their respective areas and contribute to the successful implementation of the HR strategy.

 


WHAT WILL YOU DO?


•    You will participate in the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, and ensure administrative follow-up until the integration of employees, interfacing with the Talent Acquisition department and the Onboarding Desk.
•    You will monitor interns and apprentices within the perimeter.
•    You will assist in managing personnel files, updating HR databases, and preparing administrative documents. You will interface with the Personnel Administration services on contractual aspects, payroll, and with the Internal Academy for professional training.
•    You will participate in the successful implementation of performance, people review, and salary review campaigns.
•    You will contribute to the deployment of various HR projects, such as improving internal processes and implementing new initiatives like Talent programs.

 


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?


•    You are preparing for a degree in Human Resources (business school with specialization or HR diploma) in Master 1, and are looking for an apprenticeship for your Master 2.
•    You have excellent communication skills in French and English, are organized, and know how to manage your time.
•    You are proficient in computer tools, especially Excel.
•    You are proactive, rigorous, have a sense of teamwork and confidentiality, as well as professional ethics.
