APPRENTICESHIP - Operational Logistics Coordinator

YOUR MISSIONS

Within the Specialized Products service responsible for military and explosive cargo bookings, and in direct collaboration with the compliance teams, you will be in charge of analyzing and validating bookings, ensuring the necessary documents and authorizations are obtained to guarantee regulatory compliance and operational safety.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You follow and validate bookings.

• You create product sheets for military cargo.
• You organize webinars with local agents and general managers to update port sheets.
• You follow up on files received by the GBS.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently pursuing a higher education degree (Bachelor’s level) in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Very good mastery of Excel (VBA, formulas).
• Knowledge of the maritime and operational logistics sector.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing + interactions with English-speaking colleagues).
• Autonomous, good analytical skills, and ability to take a step back.
• Synthesis skills, rigorous and organized.
• Proactive and a strong sense of initiative.
