APPRENTICESHIP - Talent Acquisition Officer

YOUR ROLE


You join the Talent Acquisition team within the Human Resources Department at CMA CGM’s headquarters. By contributing to our projects, you help enhance the Group’s employer brand and attract top talent in a stimulating international environment.
You will evolve within a dynamic, supportive, and committed team, where each mission allows you to develop your skills in recruitment and HR project management.

 

 


WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

 

  • You support recruitment for all Group functions and assist the Talent Acquisition and School Relations teams.
  • You collaborate with recruiters, contribute to the development of recruitment strategies, and implement appropriate sourcing actions.
  • You write job descriptions in both French and English and ensure their publication on job boards and our career site.
  • You build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for recurring positions, conduct initial screenings, and participate in interviews.
  • You keep candidate records up to date in our ATS and produce reports and analyses related to recruitment activities.
  • You take part in cross-functional projects, such as employer branding events.
  • You contribute to the creation of presentation materials for training sessions or internal meetings.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (1st or 2nd year) in Human Resources, Management, or Business Administration.
  • You ideally have a first experience in recruitment or in a recruitment agency.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
  • You are confident in English, both written and spoken.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • You appreciate working in a team and enjoy taking on new challenges.
