Administration Officer

YOUR ROLE:
As part of its missions, the Administration & General Services Department deals with a large number of suppliers, partners, and internal clients.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Quality control of cleaning, reception, and concierge contracts.
- Daily monitoring of Cleaning, Reception, and Concierge services.
- Conducting contradictory and random checks.
- Entering orders and tracking receptions and invoicing.
- Recording invoices and budget tracking.
- Rebilling of service providers.
- Updating the Lyreco mini-catalog for distribution to HO and all agencies in France.
- Validating orders in CMona.
- Orders for the Administration and General Services Department.
- Ordering and tracking stamps.
- Handling business card requests, entering data into the dedicated system, ordering, receiving, and tracking invoicing.
- Ordering letterhead paper and validating invoices
