Apprenticeship - Compliance Communication Coordinator

THE ROLE

 

We have an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for a Compliance Communications Apprentice to join our team. This apprenticeship programme will provide practical experience and training in communications and compliance within the transport industry. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the Compliance Communications Apprentice will support various communication initiatives and compliance efforts, gaining valuable skills and knowledge.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Help develop communication, awareness and training materials and visuals to support compliance initiatives and objectives, such as policy documents, training materials, presentations and newsletters such as posters, as well as digital content such as posts, banners and videos. 
  • Working with team members to ensure communications materials are clear, accurate and engaging.
  • Participate in reviewing and updating communication materials to reflect changes in regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Support the delivery of training sessions and compliance workshops for employees at all levels.
  • Monitor communication channels and assist in responding to compliance related queries and issues.
  • Contribute to compliance awareness campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support as required, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation and organizing files.

 

 

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program in communications, graphic design, legal design, journalism, management, law or related field. 
  • Strong interest in a career in communications and compliance in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and communication tools/software.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
