Apprenticeship - HR project management (M/F)

MISSION

 

In a growing  international Group, you assist the Group Human Resources Director in close collaboration with her Chief of Staff. As such, you work with all HR departments on transversal missions (Talent Development, France and international HR, Pay, etc.) and for all of the Group's activities (maritime, logistics, air) in France and abroad.

 


RESPONSIBILITIES


• You support the Chief of Staff on operational tasks related to strategic HR monitoring (organization, dashboards, reports, etc.). You contribute to the quantitative and qualitative monitoring of current affairs and certain strategic projects.
• You participate in the exchanges / interactions of the Chief of Staff with internal skateholders (Regional offices abroad, Head Office Departments, legal and training department, managers, etc.) and external.
• You contribute to various transversal HR projects with Group HR Business partners.

 


PROFILE AND SKILLS:


Currently in Master 2 specializing in Human Resources, you justify a first professional experience ideally in the same field, and in an international and multicultural environment, which has allowed you to develop your work autonomy and solid organizational and operational skills.
You demonstrate excellent writing skills, speak fluent French and English.
Your interpersonal skills and your open-mindedness allows you to respond to the diversity of requests in an international group. The missions will also appeal to your sense of discretion.
Your responsiveness, your ability to take initiatives and your analytical skills will allow you to succeed in this position.
