Apprenticeship - IAM Production Engineer

THE ROLE :

The CMA CGM IAM DEVOPS team, belongs to the Cyber Security department and it’s responsible of the Identity and Access Management activities (users and accesses creation, modification, deactivation, access controls) in accordance with the IAM processes. 

RESPONSIBILITIES :

•    Ensure knowledge transfer between R&D and our international OPS team (Singapore, India, France and US)
•    Work on IAM support processes
•    Handle new identities deployment following company acquisition. 
•    Participate to non-regression tests
•    Analyze support tickets

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS :

•    Knowledge of the Identity Management processes is appreciated
•    Knowledge of at least one IAM tool is appreciated
•    Knowledge of Service Now
•    Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (O365), ldap : users, groups, rights
•    Knowledge of Exchange and Exchange OnLine (O365) : licenses, mails, distribution lists, groups, rights
•    Powershell, SQL (nice to have)
•    Good English level
