Apprenticeship-IT Project Management Officer

YOUR MISSIONS

The CIO Office is a strategic IT entity within our organization, dedicated to managing activities, projects, financial commitments, and strategic priorities. Our mission is to provide consolidated visibility and enable informed decision-making.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You monitor the progress of major projects, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• You oversee resource allocation and variations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• You track budgets, receipts, and forecasts in real-time to ensure financial control and accountability.
• You manage procurement activities to ensure timely acquisition of necessary resources and materials.
• You implement and monitor KPIs (performance indicators) to improve internal customer satisfaction.
• You are involved in contract management related to PMO activities (demand management, commitment, dashboard).

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (2nd year) specialized in project management, management, or a similar field.
• You have knowledge of project management tools (GANTT or others).
• You are proficient in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel).
• You have a fluent level of English (reading, writing + interactions with English-speaking colleagues).
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
• You have the ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
