Apprenticeship - Junior Product Owner

THE ROLE

 

As part of the team in charge of developing the Group's Digital Marketing solutions, you will assist the Lead Product Owner (tutor) and the Product Owners in their daily tasks. 
You will work in agile mode on the Salesforce products deployed, in direct interaction with the Product Owners, as well as the developer teams, the business and complementary external resources.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • You will participate in identifying and gathering the needs of internal customers by leading workshops and working with all stakeholders in the Group's various entities and subsidiaries.

 

  • You will train on Salesforce products deployed and contribute to their adoption by internal customers

 

  • You will support the management of the product backlog: ticket creation, planning, prioritization, review, enrichment and clean-up;

 

  • You will contribute to the conceptualization of the solution and the writing of user stories: specification of functional rules and acceptance criteria, taking into account technical impacts and dependencies;

 

  • You will create and update technical documentation for users of the various platforms and other product/feature presentation documentation.

 

  • You will identify and qualify data so that it can be exploited within the framework of the solutions developed - including analytics as required.

 

  • Support the team in testing developed functionalities

 

 

PROFILE & SKILLS

 

You are currently pursuing a degree from a business/engineering school, university or equivalent, and an interest in technology and the digital transformation of companies. You are curious, a good listener, a good teacher, organized and methodical, autonomous, with good written and oral communication skills, in French and English.
