Apprenticeship-Legal Assistant

YOUR MISSIONS
You support the Deputy Corporate Legal Director and his team in their daily tasks, particularly in corporate law. You manage the legal follow-up of the group's 1200 subsidiaries, are involved in internal restructuring operations, capital operations, and the integration of company acquisitions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Support to the Corporate Team:
- You assist in the follow-up of the social life of the Group's French and foreign subsidiaries.
- You support the lawyers in various legal tasks, both in France and abroad, on ordinary and extraordinary operations.
- You participate in various intra-group operations (debt assignments, shareholder loans, intra-group reorganizations, share transfers).
- Advice and Governance Optimization:
- You assist the lawyers in their advisory role to managers and operational staff to optimize the governance of the group's subsidiaries.
- You are responsible for updating the group's corporate legal database, Légisway.
- Legal Research and Monitoring:
- You conduct legal research and write monthly newsletters.
- You are responsible for legal monitoring in corporate law and litigation.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Law / Legal Studies, ideally with a specialization in corporate law.
- You are proficient in legal databases (Légisway), Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Your English is fluent (reading, writing, and communicating with English-speaking colleagues).
- Ideally, you also speak Spanish.
- You are rigorous, organized, have good oral skills, writing skills, a capacity for synthesis, and a team spirit.
