Apprenticeship-Project Management Officer

YOUR MISSIONS
As part of the Network Department, you join the PMO (Project Management Office) team responsible for monitoring the performance of CMA CGM agencies. Your main mission is to ensure that agencies are aligned with the Group’s Core Model and under the control of General Management.
Working closely with GEN (Group Agencies Network) Management and various Head Office departments, you take part in a wide range of strategic and international projects. This apprenticeship offers you direct exposure to complex and cross-functional initiatives within the Group’s shipping activity.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You monitor and measure all incoming projects within the PMO team to optimize the management of the agency network,
- You support the team in tracking projects related to GEN (IT, Legal, HR, Processes, etc.),
- You set up project tracking and monitoring tools,
- You prepare presentations and draft meeting minutes for steering committees,
- You analyze performance reports from regional and local offices (market share, HR and financial indicators),
- You proactively suggest improvements to existing processes.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are currently preparing a Master’s degree (M2) in a business school or university, with a specialization in project management or business,
- You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint,
- You have a good level of English (reading, writing, and professional communication),
- You are autonomous, curious, proactive, and enjoy dynamic environments with non-routine tasks,
- You enjoy researching information, structuring your ideas, and working collaboratively.
