Apprenticeship-Studies Officer

YOUR MISSIONS

You contribute to the transformation of inland container transport activities (rail, barge, road) operated by more than 110 agencies worldwide. As part of the Transformation team within the Intermodal department, you help implement IT solutions, optimize processes, and improve management tools to support the department’s development.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You work on three main missions:

  1. You support intermodal pricing management
    You monitor pricing update campaigns, communicate deadlines to the network, and centralize requests. You formalize feedback and propose improvements to optimize the process.
  2. You improve the department’s BI tools
    You analyze the use of existing tools, track developments with the IT department, gather new needs, enhance documentation, and contribute to the creation of dashboards for the TMS project.
  3. You formalize processes for the TMS project
    You collaborate with Product Owners and the Process Lead to model business processes using the Signavio tool.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac +5), ideally in engineering or business school with a strong interest in tools and data.
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A first experience in a project or data-related environment would be a plus.
