Apprenticeship-Studies Officer

YOUR MISSIONS

 

You analyze, check, and consolidate commercial, operational, and financial information to provide maximum visibility on the activity of the shipping line and thus optimize decision-making in the various departments of the Group as a member of the Business Control team.

 

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 

  1. Tariff Management:
    • You assist the teams in the tariff update campaigns and monitor their progress.
    • You identify and categorize requests from the network and propose improvements.
  2. Improvement of BI Tools:
    • You monitor the bugs and evolutions of existing dashboards.
    • You assist the teams in expressing new BI needs and improve the documentation.
  3. Process Formalization:
    • You work with the project managers to formalize the processes.
    • You learn to use the Signavio tool for process definition.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

  • You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Finance / Accounting / Management / Commerce.
  • A first short experience in business control would be a plus.
  • You master computer and office tools (especially Excel).
  • Your analytical mind and organizational skills, combined with your open-mindedness and good interpersonal skills, will be assets to succeed in this position.
  • Your English is fluent.
