Apprenticeship - Tech and Digital Officer

THE ROLE


As part of the CMA CGM Group's Tech & Delivery Department, working alongside the Regional IT Coordinator, you will contribute to leading the global digital & delivery community, preparing and following up meetings with an executive audience, preparing the entity's budget, monitoring and maintaining the various portfolios (budget, applications, projects, resources) and continuously improving the service.
You will be working in an international context and in close collaboration with the various professions involved in our projects: the IT, finance and Tech & Delivery teams.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES


- Manage project/application portfolios 
o Preparation/execution of various meetings
o Follow-up of various portfolios
o Organization of workshops with the various players
o Alert feedback
o Creation & maintenance of operational dashboards 
- Ensure proper preparation of presentations prior to meetings with various stakeholders.
- Write preparation notes, minutes and presentations in a concise manner.
- Contribute to the preparation of the entity's budget
- Define/study/create the dashboards needed to steer the department.

 

 

PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS


- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school. 
- Fluent written and spoken English

- You have a perfect command of IT tools such as Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
- Knowledge of Qlicksense & Power Apps would be appreciated.
- You know how to manage priorities and are able to synthesize and analyze information.
- You are rigorous, organized and able to synthesize presentations.
- You are adaptable and flexible in a constantly changing environment with high strategic stakes.
- You have good interpersonal skills and are proactive.
