Apprenticeship - Tenders Officer

MISSION  

 

As a member of the East-West Lines Corporate Desk, you will participate in the negotiation of key account tenders and ensure commercial and operational follow-up at the pricing level in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Customer Service. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

  • As the main interface between Key Accounts and Shipping Lines for the negotiation of rates, you will ensure, through coordination and permanent control, the elaboration of CMA CGM's response to calls for tender. 
  • In addition, you will oversee the response for the global offer within the time limit with the Key Accounts and communicate the negotiated rates to the Lines. 
  • You will be the main contact for agents and customers for part of the commercial and operational follow-up, and you will remain the main source of information concerning the negotiated tariff offers. 

 

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS  

 

  • You have a master’s degree from a business school or in Transport/Logistics, and ideally you have some initial experience in the commercial field. 
  • You have a good command of IT and office tools (particularly Excel) and you are comfortable with data analysis.
  • Your English is fluent in both spoken and written form. 
  • Your interpersonal skills, your attention to detail and your team spirit will enable you to succeed in this position.
