Within our CRM sales transformation department, you will be the business process expert responsible for our new CRM sales tool through the cycle. As an expert, you will help identify needs and pain points and improve business processes related to Sales activities.





  • As a former sales or global account or liner, you have a good shipping expertise. In addition, you can gather the various sales practices amongst all business units. This includes quantitative analysis based on data and qualitative workshops through interviews. You can moderate sessions through multi modes: conf call, amphi, webex.
  • Based on data collected, you will have to propose recommendations in terms of tool, organization and process (target operating models).
  • You can propose relevant visuals and reporting that would then be developed by technical team. This is based on your own expertise and enriched by other business expert’s feedback. You are eager to discover and understand sales innovation to enhance your proposals (user friendly tool, sales assistance through analytics). You will have to write functional specifications and priorities notably through user stories. You will also test them along with other users. Being in close contact with IT Team of the project, you will be in charge of translating these requirements into functional specifications.
  • You collaborate in the validation of the deliverable functionalities and the detailed specifications at the different phases of the project. This means a direct implication into the demonstrations of the tool run by IT team to provide your feedbacks and into testing (e.g., preparation and execution of end-to-end tests, user acceptance tests and retests after bug fix).
  • You will be the ambassador of the CRM sales transformation you designed within the Group. Being in close contact to the community of end-users and supporting them through the transformation of their way of working. This entails a participation to the preparation and the execution of trainings, change management, deployment and hyper-care for a long lasting adoption.




  • Graduate experience (university, grande ecole), you already have a sales experience.
  • You are creative, innovative and very curious. Skills in excel and project management would be an added value.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English are required for this position.
