YOUR ROLE
As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a Transformation & Innovation Facilitator and Coach to support our organization through transformation projects and foster innovation at all levels. You will play a key role in facilitating organizational change, improving processes, and establishing a sustainable innovation culture.
Your main mission will be to guide teams and leaders in adopting new practices, methodologies, and tools that enhance collaboration, creativity, and agility. You will also be responsible for designing and facilitating workshops, training programs, and strategic initiatives to accelerate transformation.
WHAT ARE GOING TO DO?
Transformation Facilitation

Support teams in organizational and digital transformation projects

Identify barriers to change and propose appropriate solutions
-
Design and lead collaborative workshops to align stakeholders on strategic goals
-
Facilitate the implementation of new agile, collaborative, and human-centered practices
Innovation Coaching
-
Help teams develop their innovation capabilities (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, etc.)

Support leaders in creating a culture of innovation and fast decision-making
-
Train employees on innovation methodologies and tools (mind mapping, brainstorming, prototyping, etc.)

Encourage experimentation and risk-taking in innovation projects
Organizational Culture Development

Promote a culture of continuous learning and interdisciplinary collaboration

Identify and implement levers to enhance team engagement

Assess progress and impact of transformation and innovation initiatives
Project Management

Lead strategic transformation and innovation initiatives

Ensure effective communication with stakeholders
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
-
Minimum 8 years of experience
-
Fluent in English and French
-
Proven expertise in organizational and digital transformation methodologies

Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

Proficient in facilitating collaborative workshops

Mastery of innovation methodologies
