Communication Senior officer (M/F)

TANGRAM is the new center for innovation and skills development dedicated to the future of sustainable logistics and maritime transport. Created by the CMA CGM Group, this new center of excellence will make a decisive contribution to the logistics and maritime transport sectors by addressing the major challenges the world faces today (environmental, social, etc.). The goal is to bring together international experts and key players in the transport and logistics sectors to create the new rules for the future.

 

Our new site at Pointe Rouge in Marseille, opened in May 2024, serves as a hub for CMA CGM Group employees, startups, large corporations, universities, and research centers.

 

 

 

The role is a permanent contract based fully and only in Marseille. 

 

MISSION

Reporting to the Communication Manager of TANGRAM, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and distributing engaging content that strengthens TANGRAM’s brand image and visibility. You will develop a coherent and impactful content strategy tailored to various platforms (website, social media, newsletters, mobile app, etc.), in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and lead the content strategy in alignment with TANGRAM and CMA CGM Group's communication objectives.
  • Create an editorial calendar aligned with the communication schedule and events.
  • Ensure consistency of messages and communication materials across all platforms.
  • Oversee content production (articles, videos, newsletters, podcasts, etc.) to amplify the impact of messaging.
  • Collaborate with the innovation team, the communication agency, and both internal and external partners to create engaging and impactful content.
  • Work with internal teams to promote training and innovation to a wide audience (internal, clients, partners).
  • Strengthen TANGRAM's presence on social media and other digital channels, generating engagement around the brand.
  • Track and analyze content performance through KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions).

 

 

PROFILE AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years of experience in digital communication and project management within an agency or an international group
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously
  • Creativity, proactivity, and initiative
  • Teamwork skills, ability to collaborate with external partners, and ability to build consensus around common projects
  • In-depth knowledge of content creation processes
  • Fluent English
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
