MISSION
Check, control and analyse the company's various costs and recommend measures to achieve savings in line with the company's budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reconcile delivery notes with purchase invoices in order to validate them for payment and settle any related disputes.
- Checking and monitoring accruals in anticipation of receipt of invoices and prior to the closing of accounts.
- Resolve any anomalies identified in the form of purchase invoices.
- Ensuring that the rates applied by suppliers are in line with the negotiated rates.
- Assisting Fleet Managers with their monthly stock monitoring and ensuring that any discrepancies are corrected.
- Organising and carrying out annual physical inventories of spare parts and goods and ensuring that any discrepancies are corrected.
- Updates the supplier and item repository in the accounting system.
- Informs his/her manager of any exceptional expenses that may affect the monthly income statement.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
- Accounting training, including accounting and tax rules
- Proficiency in office automation tools and accounting software
