Digital Marketing Officer

As part of the roll-out of its new loyalty programme, CMA CGM is looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Strategy Specialist.  As part of the project team designing and supporting the launch of this loyalty programme, you will be responsible for implementing the external digital marketing and communication strategy in order to increase the visibility of this new digital product and promote its adoption by digital customers.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Customer experience management: In order to encourage customer adoption, you will assist the various technical teams in defining and applying the most appropriate customer experience to achieve loyalty objectives.  In particular, you will be responsible for defining the content in the various digital environments, as well as supporting the technical teams in designing the customer journey to maximise the visibility of the programme.

 

  • Supporting the definition of digital campaigns: You will be responsible for helping to develop digital marketing campaigns across different channels (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing, etc.) as well as analysing campaign performance and optimising actions to achieve set objectives.

 

  • Support for the definition of communication campaigns: You will provide support for the development of various international and regional communication campaigns and analyse their performance in order to improve their impact. 

 

  • SEO: As part of the implementation of an SEO strategy, you will help to set up a pilot and analyse its performance. You will be expected to produce a summary of the pilot's performance in order to decide on a GO/NO GO; you will also be involved in the large-scale roll-out plan if the pilot is validated. 

 

 

  • Analysis & reporting: You will be responsible for analysing the impact of the various marketing and communication actions by preparing regular summary reports. Analysis of these impacts should also help to profile customers.

 

  • Coordination & support: As part of this cross-functional project, you will also be responsible for coordinating the various teams working on Digital Marketing & Communication issues, to ensure that deliverables are delivered on time and to the quality expected. 

 

  • Continuous improvement: Finally, you will be responsible for a backlog of initiatives that can be deployed to boost business. 

 

 

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • Master's degree in Digital Marketing/Communications with 3-5 years' experience in a B2B industry.
  • Excellent command of digital marketing tools, particularly performance analysis. 
  • SEO skills.
  • Mastery of analysis tools: EXCEL, Qlik etc. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, fluent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on figures, ability to synthesise.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Experience in a B2B industry in digital marketing is appreciated.
