MISSION:

In 2019 CMA CGM Finance has launched a major transformation program to become a Strategic Business Partner in the Group’s development. To this aim there were 2 pillars: boosting operational performance as well as driving financial performance.

Recently CMA CGM embarked into the diversification of its activities while addressing digital and environmental challenges, creating opportunity for Finance to reinforce itself as a Strategic Partner. This ambition is based on 3 main enablers: digital capabilities, mindset and multiactivity vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will join the FiPP Department (Finance Projects & Processes).  This recently created department is intended to support the Group’s Finance in its systems, process and organization development projects. You will more precisely join the Project Enabling team whose mission is to support the projects delivery teams.

You will work daily with the Group’s various stakeholders – being part of Finance or not – in Marseilles Head Office or across the worldwide subsidiaries’ network, in the Regional Offices, in offshore shared services centers…

You will coordinate the different transformation plans (impacting processes, organization, nature of functions, change of mindset) initiated by the Finance departments. You will support them in structuring their vision and driving their ambition. As part of the team, you will also participate in all initiatives enabling to reinforce the Finance community and to prepare ourselves for the future of finance.

Driven by value creation and able to think out of the box, you will, for instance:

Promote and support change

Perform organization and process diagnosis to identify pain points and bottlenecks…

Identify areas of improvement to meet business expectations

Accompany business in defining best-in-class processes

Grant application of finance core model and support transitions to our internal offshore shared services centers (GBS or FiCOM)

Propose solutions for arbitration

PROFILE:

With a professional experience of 5 to 10 years in Finance and/or in Project Management you are able to structure and lead projects.

Excellent interpersonal skills (good judgment, leadership, convictions, team player)

Strong communication skills, autonomous and able to work with overseas stakeholders (Fluency in French & English - oral and written)

Diplomat, pedagogue, and proven track record in influencing stakeholders in complex projects and making people embracing projects

Reactive and proactive
